On Friday, Iowa law professor Todd Pettys and I joined IPR’s Ben Kieffer and Sarah Boden to talk about several cases from the Iowa Supreme Court’s 2012-2013 term.  We discussed the Supreme Court’s decisions in Gartner v. Iowa Department of Public HealthNelson v. James H. Knight DDS, P.C., Hoyt v. Gutterz Bowl and Lounge L.L.C., and State v. Kooima.  We also highlighted some of the interesting cases that will come before the Court in the 2013-2014 term.  The program is available here.
